I love finding hidden grids in everyday objects. For this project, I treated paint sample swatches as a ready-made modular system. I developed this custom lettering by using the divisions between the colors as my structural guide, letting the swatch layout dictate the weight of the letters. It’s a study in how a simple tool for choosing paint can be reimagined as a colorful, geometric alphabet.
